About Us

We live and work by the Golden Rule. We take pride in the quality of work we do. Our crews average over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. We offer a range of services from carpentry to painting and more. You can have peace of mind when hiring our company because we do background checks on all of our employees. Company history
Keith Anderson started our company as a sole-proprietorship in 2003. Prior to this he had over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. The business grew through only referrals. Once the Residential Remodeling & Rehab Division was firmly established, Mr. Anderson decided it was time to take the company to the next level. Phoenix Specialties LLC was formed in January of 2005. Shortly thereafter the Installations Division was formed when the company obtained contracts with several local and national businesses to do door, window & siding installations. That division continues to grow as we've added contracts for cabinet and storage shed installations. Throughout the years the company has worked with several charities to upgrade or build homes for low-income families.
